Sometimes the relationship that needs attention is the one you have with yourself.
Whether you're struggling with concerns that are affecting your daily life or you're intentionally investing in personal growth, Oasis offers individualized support to help you better understand what's happening, develop practical tools, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Individual Counseling

Individual counseling provides support when emotional, personal, or relational challenges begin interfering with your daily life, relationships, work, or overall well-being.
You may be experiencing persistent anxiousness or worry, sadness or low mood, difficulty managing emotions or mood changes, increased stress, relationship concerns, or challenges adjusting to significant life transitions.
Personal Development Coaching

Personal development coaching is designed for individuals who are generally functioning well but want to grow intentionally. Coaching can help increase self-awareness, strengthen communication, recognize patterns that may be getting in the way, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for personal and relational growth.
Coaching may also incorporate personality and communication-style assessments, such as DISC, to deepen self-awareness and understanding of how you communicate and relate to others.
Adolescent Counseling

Support for adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, relational, or life challenges that may be affecting their well-being, relationships, school, or daily functioning.
Counseling provides a supportive space to help adolescents better understand what they are experiencing, strengthen communication and coping skills, manage difficult emotions, and develop healthier ways of responding to challenges.
Couples do not have to wait until their relationship is in crisis to invest in their connection.
Some couples come to Oasis because they want to strengthen communication, understand one another better, and become more intentional about their relationship. Others are working through conflict, disconnection, broken trust, or another challenge that is affecting the health of their relationship.
Oasis supports both relationship growth and relationship repair.

Focused time to work more deeply on your relationship.

Some relationship challenges are difficult to unpack in a traditional weekly session. Marriage Intensives provide extended, focused time for couples to slow down, understand the patterns affecting their relationship, address important concerns, and begin practicing healthier ways of communicating, repairing, and reconnecting.
Rather than trying to address complex concerns a little at a time, an intensive creates dedicated space to focus on the relationship and begin working toward meaningful next steps.
A MARRIAGE INTENSIVE MAY BE HELPFUL WHEN:
· You feel stuck in recurring conflict or unhealthy relationship patterns.
· Communication has broken down or emotional disconnection has grown.
· You are rebuilding after infidelity, betrayal, or another breach of trust.
· You are facing complex relationship concerns that would benefit from focused, extended time.
· You want dedicated time to work more deeply on your relationship without relying solely on weekly sessions.
· Your schedules make consistent weekly sessions difficult, and a concentrated format better fits your availability.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Marriage Intensives are available in Half-Day, Full-Day, and Two-Day formats, depending on the couple’s needs and the concerns being addressed.
A Half-Day Intensive is approximately 4–5 hours.
A Full-Day Intensive is approximately 6–7 hours.
A Two-Day Intensive provides approximately 12 hours of focused work across two days.
Couples complete pre-work before the intensive to help identify the concerns bringing them in, important relationship patterns, and the outcomes they hope to work toward.
The intensive is tailored to the couple and may include assessment, guided conversations, exploration of relationship patterns, communication and repair work, and practical strategies to continue using after the intensive.
Couples will also receive personalized next-step recommendations and resources to support continued progress after the intensive.

A Marriage Intensive is not a quick fix or a guarantee that every relationship concern will be resolved during the intensive. The goal is to make meaningful progress and identify appropriate next steps for the relationship.
The concern that brings you to counseling or coaching is often only part of the story. Sharon looks beyond the immediate challenge to understand thoughts, experiences, communication patterns, relationship dynamics, and recurring responses that may be influencing what is happening beneath the surface.
Her style is warm, genuine, and straightforward. Clients are invited into honest conversations where they can feel heard and supported while also being challenged to recognize patterns, consider different perspectives, and practice new ways of thinking, communicating, and responding.
The work doesn't stop when the session ends. You'll leave with a practical assignment, developed collaboratively, to help you apply what you're learning in everyday life because meaningful change happens through both insight and practice.
For clients who desire it, spirituality and faith can also be thoughtfully integrated into the work.
